Meet the team! Our staff:

Jeff Lawlis: Founder
Jeff started the business in 1974. He has served New Mexico with quality signs and service for over 40 years, and has kept M&J Sign going strong ever since.

Chris Rivera: Owner
Chris is the son in law of Jeff Lawlis, and he started working at M&J Sign Co. in 1996 as a shop assistant. Throughout his 24 years he has done it all! From working on the trucks servicing and installing signs to permitting and sales. In 2008 Chris Rivera took over the business.

Tara Rivera: Office Manager
Tara has been a part of M&J Sign Co. since she was a child, Jeff Lawlis is her father. She started working there full time in 2000 as his administrative assistant and once he retired and handed the business down to Chris, who is Tara's husband, she now the manager for our amazing team.

Estevan Ebell: Field Installation Manager
Estevan is in charge of all jobs in the field and in the shop at M&J Signs. He helps make sure everything runs perfectly and our customers are beign taken care of.

Dave Wright: Service Technician
Dave makes sure our customers have perfectly operational signage so that their businesses can be noticed.

Paul Herrera: Sign media technichian
Paul (aka: Ed) runs the entire media portion of our sign shop, as well as the manufacturing of channel letters, and any other specialty items that our signage requires.

Nathaniel Wiegel: Sign Manufacturing Technician
Nathaniel (aka: Nate) is our sign builder. He creats the frames and shapes needed to build the sign into a structure for installation.
